Subscription and Billing Policy
The Premium Domain add-on has monthly and annual recurring plans. This policy explains renewal, cancellation, refunds, and failed payments.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Artists can cancel in the dashboard or Stripe billing portal; the custom domain remains active through the paid period, after which the free storefront address remains available.
Refunds and payment issues
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If a renewal fails and payment is not recovered, the subscription may be canceled and the custom domain disconnected.
