We personally inspect each order leaving Pure Art Printer. We package your photograph carefully to ensure a safe delivery. If your print is damaged during shipment, please contact us within 14 days. We will replace or refund any damage that occurs during shipping. Please send pictures of the ruined print and box to email@example.com so we can submit a claim to our shipper.
We want you to be happy, if you are not 100% satisfied with your finished photograph, we will give you a full refund or reprint your photograph. Please understand Pure Art Printer is not responsible for customer errors, grammatical errors, quality or dimension issues with you original image file, or ordering errors. Please review your order carefully before placing them.
Due to us wanting to impress you with our fast delivery you have 24 hours to cancel your order for a full refund. After this period, we are not able to refund your order due to the custom order nature of the business.
